1. Product Introduction
The stainless steel vacuum Glove box is a laboratory equipment that achieves a high-purity anhydrous oxygen environment by repeatedly vacuuming/filling high-purity inert gas into the box for replacement. The box can achieve a water oxygen environment of 200PPM by vacuuming or displacement.
2. Main components
2.1 Box structure
Material: SUS304 stainless steel, thickness 3mm
Inner surface: stainless steel brushed treatment
External surface: painted, white
2.2 Sight window
The front of the operation box is made of 12mm tempered glass,it is wide perspective and no blind spots.
2.3 Ball valve
The inlet and outlet balloon valve is made of 304 stainless steel, and the valve is equipped with water nozzles inside and outside to allow water and air to enter. Some instruments (such as rotary coating machine) can be placed inside the box and evacuated through it.
2.4 Lighting
No UV white light, installed above each glass window.
2.5 Power
Multi-hole power sockets are configured inside the box to meet the internal instrument needs of customers.
2.6 Gloves
The operating gloves are made of industrial-grade corrosion-resistant latex gloves, and the glove port is fixed with a sealing ring.
2.7 Reserved interface
Reserved KF interface, glove box can be upgraded at any time in the later stage.
3. Optional
3.1 Glove box bracket
Carbon steel spray plastic, equipped with movable casters and adjustable support feet; can transfer glove box.
3.2 Fully automatic humidity system
Fully automatic control of humidity inside the box, can live display humidity.
3.3 Fully automatic pressure system
The glove box maintains a constant pressure value, making it particularly suitable for situations where harmful powders leak out.
3.4 Drying oven
If vacuum baking is required, the antechamber heating mode can be selected.
3.5 Purification system
After vacuuming and supplementing with inert gas, the water oxygen value is generally around 200- 300 ppm. Adding a purification system can achieve a water oxygen value of less than 1 ppm.
3.6 Dust removal system
If the internal purification level reaches level 100class or 1000class, a dust removal system can be selected.
